How to Measure
Natural Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist — typically just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and breathe naturally. Match your result to the waist range above.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Use the hip stretch range as a secondary reference — especially useful if you carry more volume in the hip area relative to your waist.
A Note on Stretch
The Ciela Sculpt Brief™ is made from a four-way stretch seamless fabric designed to move with your body. The maximum stretch figures shown are your comfort limit — not your target fit. For the smoothest, most supported feel, aim to be within the natural waist range of your size, not at the stretch limit. Please note that all measurements carry a tolerance of 1–3 cm due to the nature of seamless fabric and manual production processes. This is normal and does not affect fit or performance.
