SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and another email with your tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Times & Estimates
We partner with premium global carriers to ensure your Ciela Form intimates arrive safely. As we ship directly from our centralized fulfillment centers, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 8–15 business days
  • Australia: 7–14 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. While most orders arrive sooner than these timeframes, external factors such as customs inspections may occasionally cause delays.Total estimated delivery is 8–17 business days from the date of order.

3. Shipping Costs & Tax (DDP)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Taxes & Duties: We are proud to offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for our customers in the United States and key international markets. This means import taxes and duties are included in the product price or shipping fee. You will not be charged any surprise fees upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apartment or suite numbers). Ciela Form is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee may apply.

6. Failed Delivery & Refused Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to refusal by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package from a local pickup point, it will be treated as a unauthorized return. Any refund issued may be reduced by the direct costs we incur (including return shipping costs and handling fees), in accordance with our Return Policy.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is delayed significantly beyond the estimated timeframe, lost in transit, or arrives damaged: Please contact us immediately at support@cielaform.com with your order number. If the item is damaged, please attach photos of the condition and packaging. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
